Training and Learning

We design, develop and deliver training and learning activities adapted and tailored to our clients’ specific needs. Our highly experiential learning interventions are anchored in the latest research and trends in adult learning, and are renowned and appreciated for being relevant, energizing, interactive, and impactful.

All our workshops are designed to allow participants to be in action and introspection, and to exchange with each other constructively. Not only do our workshops help participants develop skills, mindsets and courage to better serve their organizations, they also provide structured support to specific consulting interventions where such opportunities arise – paving the way for a comprehensive approach in dealing with organizational challenges effectively.

We partner with our clients by involving their employees throughout the process and interventions, to make sure that the knowledge is being transferred into the organization, thus reducing long-term dependency on external consultants and trainers, while enhancing and optimizing internal capacities.

Through small and large group discussions, real case studies and reflections, role-play and simulations, videotaping exercises and debriefing, participants in our workshops identify concrete actions to put in place in order to ensure proper assimilation of the learning and its application to their actual day-to-day operations. We also provide follow-up activities to further integrate the learning into the work habits and practices.

We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art learning activities that nurture the heart, mind, and soul and uphold the humanness of the organization.

COACHING

Our coaching interventions can be considered from 3 different perspectives:

  1. Executive 1-on-1 Coaching for all leaders
  2. Group Coaching utilizing the collective synergy to reach individual objectives
  3. Team Coaching using 2 possible methodologies depending on whether the team was just formed or has been functional for some time – this is our High Performance Team approach.
  1. Executive Coaching: The 1-on-1 alliance

The primary aim of executive coaching is to provide the client with a mirror to  his/her thinking and behavior in order to increase his/her awareness, goal clarity, and ability to succeed.

Executive coaching is a one-on-one dialogue driven by the coachee’s own commitments and choices and the Personal Development Plan that the coachee would have devised.

Coaching equips the client to better express her/his own leadership identity, enhance decision-making processes at critical junctures, and support in areas such as communication and relationship management despite a fast-paced business environment and the pressures of attaining results.

  1. Group Coaching

Group coaching is when several people meet together with a facilitating coach for the purpose of designing each person’s desired outcome using the collective synergy: Energy, wisdom, feedback and support from each participant accelerates the learning, growth and achievement of each person’s goals.

  1. Team Coaching

There are two basic models in team consultation:

  • The first model has the consultant bringing solutions to the client. He/She “diagnoses” the issues and recommends a specific course of action.
  • The second model is one of “process consultation” where clients are encouraged to find their own solutions. The consultant simply facilitates the process, helping clients reach their desired objectives. This approach considers that the client owns the problem and should therefore determine the solution, taking a proactive role in solving the issue.

The objective of team coaching becomes moving from individual heroes to collective power and enabling the leadership team members to come together in a more powerful way – building them into a high-performing team ready to address the requirements of their common purpose and mission.
