Sowing the seeds of the innovation culture

Sowing the seeds of the innovation culture

In an effort to become more agile, inclusive, and better equipped, our client sought to provide an internal cohort of employees with an innovation training that would enable them to acquire the knowledge, tools, and skillsets required to co-create innovative concepts and solutions for cross-cutting challenges within the organization.

Aimed at improving the client’s ability and capability to deal with current complex problems practically while fostering and promoting the appropriate conditions for innovation to thrive, our curriculum was tailored and designed in such a way that would allow, not only the participating cohort but senior leadership and other employees as well, to shift their mindsets and behaviors towards a more effective integration of innovative practices in their “everyday” work.

Over the next 3 months, and through a series of highly experiential training workshops, supporting mentoring sessions, and regular pre-workshop assignments, participants were able to develop 2 innovative solutions addressing 2 priority focus areas identified in collaboration with the client. In addition, 2 general webinars were delivered to a broader audience within the organization including other employees and senior leadership, in order to further rally support around innovation and successful concept implementation.
